Below is an outline of the STRATA approach to developing a Wellness Program. This process will be customized to meet the specific needs of your organization.
Stage 1 - Identify: Organizational Health Risk Assessment
In this stage, data is collected and analyzed to identify the main cost drivers at your organization. From this information, the focus of the wellness program is chosen. The analysis can include the following:
